In the olfactory phase, predominant notes of black fruit are perceived, highlighting the blueberry, accompanied by a background of aromatic herbs typical of the undergrowth. In addition, there are spicy nuances that enrich the whole, reminiscent of black pepper, vanilla and clove. These aromas combine harmoniously, revealing the complexity of the Graciano variety.

The palate is well-structured with fresh acidity and sweet tannins.
